This machine are full automatic, and manufacture tee two in one time, take about 40Seconds.
The machine attend Tube China 2012 and for Nickel titanium alloy product.
The series extruding machine is applicable to extrusion molding of tee pipe connectors of various specifications to change the position of lateral cylinders. It can be used to machine tee pipe connectors of 90 and 135 degree etc. Angles.
With independent driving mechanism and electric system, the machine adopts PLC programmable logic controller to realize four kinds of operation methods such as inching, manual, semi-automatic and full automatic. The full-automaitic function is provided with oil filling and adding in mold cavity.
The pressure discharge part adopts advanced hydraulic control technology without pressure discharge by manual handle, which can avoid the tedious manual operation, reduce reject rate and enhance security and reliability. The machine is featured by reasonale layout, convenient use and maintenance, reliable operation, high production efficiency and good quality.
